The Women In Christ Women’s Ministry at Calvary Chapel Chester Springs exists to serve and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ, and to encourage women to grow in their personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ by teaching them God’s Word and applying His Word to their lives. Our desire is to see women from all walks of life grow deeper in the Lord. The primary way that is accomplished is through the all-sufficient living God and His Word, and out of that, flows strengthened relationships with spouses, family and other women.

Our focus is to provide a variety of opportunities for women to be built up and encouraged in the Word of God and to fellowship with their sisters in the Lord. We host a variety of events throughout the year such as:

- Annual Christmas Luncheon and Spring Retreat
- Weekly Women’s Prayer and Monthly Missions Prayer
- MOMS in Christ Monthly Teaching Ministry for moms

We offer day and evening Bible Studies for women throughout the week from September through June. This is an opportunity for us to dig deep into the Word using a formatted study of the Bible, Biblically-based book or verse by verse teaching by women in our body. Our desire is to help train women to develop a discipline to be in the Word everyday, and to be encouraged by each other as we weekly meet to share the divine insights the Lord has shone each one of us.

Registration for Bible Studies: Please register by printing the forms found on the website or at the WM Info counter outside the sanctuary. Please turn in completed form with payment to Women's Ministry. A gray box is located on the Women's Ministry Information Counter for your payments. Moms in Christ and Thursday Women in Christ Bible studies offers age-appropriate Children's Ministry for newborns up to Kindergarten. If children will be attending Bible Study with you, a separate Children's Ministry Registration Card needs to be filled out for each child. These cards are available at the WM info counter.

Dont' be confusted about "the Day of the Lord". The Thessalonians were interested in the end times, just as we are today. But they were confused until they received this letter from Paul. Ruth: Don't Despair. You Have A Kinsman Redeemer
This rich short study on the book of Ruth shows how Jesus both bought us (redeemer) and advocates (defends) for us, offering us an opportunity to rebuild our broken lives. This is a great study for newcomers to inductive Bible studies! Includes hour discussion on the homework followed by a teaching video by Kay Arthur. If you are new to the Tuesday evening class be sure to attend the first session which is an orientation to Inductive Bible Study.

Entree of Encouragement - (Transformed Worldwide Ministries) - Gospel of Mark
Come study the Book of Mark with us. This book presents the life of Jesus in a manner different from the other Gospels. This inductive study will help you to intimately experience Jesus as He walks upon this earth securing your salvation and eternal security. You will glean wisdom as you see Jesus, God’s Divine Servant. We happily welcome women of all ages, whether new or seasoned in the study of the scriptures. Delighting In The Lord: Open to all women - The Gospel of Matthew"The Gospel According to Matthew" has been called by many Bible scholars the most important single document of the Christian faith" (W. Wiersbe). Join us on Thrusday mornings or evenings as we dig into this amazing book that bridges the Old Testament, a book of promise, to the New Testament, a book of fulfillment. Matthew's gospel focuses on the Kingship of Christ and that of the coming kingdom - the blessed life that Christ desires for each one of us as believers. Matthew's account will strengthen your faith, stir your heart and lead you into deeper truths of who Jesus Christ truly is and what He has done for us.
In-depth weekly homework. One hour small group discussion and prayer time followed by worship and teaching from the women in the body.
Age-appropriate biblical instruction and craft time for infants through kindergarten offered through Kids in Christ (AM only).
Homeschooling moms: Two credentialed elementary teachers are offering a Thursday morning class through EHS from 9 AM to noon located just 2 minutes from CCCS at Marsh Creek Church across from Vicker's on Gordon Drive. You can drop off your child(ren) and then join us for Bible Study at CCCS. Class open to 2nd-5th graders and offering hands-on Science, History, and Language Arts. There is an annual cost.

HEALING HEARTS MINISTRY
Binding Up The Broken Hearted
Abortion hurts. Tired of feeling hurt, guilt, shame, depression, anger, self hatred, and fear of others finding out? Then it's time to find hope, healing, and freedom from your abortion. This study covers 11 weeks and is an indepth journey of healing into the Word of God. One-to-one, groups and online study available. New groups beginning in at various times throughout the year. The Hem of His Garment
A 10 week Bible Study helping women overcome the hurts of the past, including abuse, unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, shame, guilt or painful secrets that hey have kept for years. Its author uses her own personal testimony of suffering to help women understand that genuine hope and healing can only be found in Jesus. There is no hurt so great or wound so deep that the love of God can not touch. One on one, Group and online format are available. Moms in Christ is a teaching ministry for moms as we embrace the high calling of motherhood and train our children to live for Christ. 1 Corrinthinans 15:58 is our foundational verse. It is our heart's desire through Moms in Christ to equip women through God's Word, teaching His precepts and principles as we raise up the next generation for Christ. A time of refreshment, encouragement, and fellowship.
We meet the first Monday of every month beginning in October. This year the monthly teaching will focus on Titus 2:4-5 and the feminine virtues that lie within that verse. Different CCCS Titus 2 women will teach each month followed by small group discussion and prayer time. We will make available the book, "Feminine Appeal" by Carolyn Mahaney as a follow-up text for you to read through during the month. Each month every woman will also receive 3x5 scripture cards with verses supporting the monthly topic
Come get to know the other moms in our body, search out God's Word with us for Godly guidance and wisdom as we seek to raise children who love the Lord and desire to live theirlives for HIm. Be encouraged as a mother and wife through God's Word, by thouse who are walking alongside you and by thouse who have gone before you!
Kids in Christ Children's Ministry:
Childcare is provided for children each week for infants through Kindergarten. The children are divided into rooms according to age. Age appropriate Bible lessons, crafts, snack time and games/playtime are incorporated into the child's time each week. Child registration required.

The Bible Bus:
Come join a group of women committed to read through the Bible in a year. The first Saturday of each month, a group of ladies meets at Calvary Chapel Chester Springs, Room 105 for discussion, fellowship and prayer as they collectively are reading the same passages each month and meeting to discuss how God has spoken to their hearts. Women’s Biblical Counseling
Individual Biblical counseling is available to all women at CCCS. The purpose of this ministry is to place the truths of the gospel (person and work of Jesus Christ) in the middle of the messy and confusing situations and relationships in which every person lives. Lynn Jensen helps Christian women apply the Word of God to life experiences as a means of resolving life's conflicts. Meals Ministry
Meals are provided by families with the body of Christ at CCCS for anyone experiencing an illness, hardship or recent birth or death of family member. Please contact Karen Milkiewicz at kmilkiewicz@yahoo.com if you have a need or know of someone who would be blessed with a meal.
Healing Hearts Ministry
A ministry devoted to helping women who have personally experienced the trauma of abortion. Healing Hearts Ministries is a Christian Organization that believes there is a God in heaven who created you and He is the only one that can restore you. God in His infinite mercy, is waiting for you to come to Him so that He might carry the pain and burden of your abortion. God wants you to be set free and He longs to heal you and to give you hope through Him. 11 week Bible Studies are offered throughout the year by Cindy Bradlee, the local Healing Hearts representative. Transformed Worldwide Ministries
TWM is a teaching ministry and outreach to women. TWM expounds, exhorts and empowers through the Word of God so that others may know Christ and be transformed into His likeness. Expounding through the weekly Entree of Encouragment Verse by Verse Bible Studies that CCCS supports and offers Wednesdays from 12-1 at CCCS and Tuesdays in Valley Forge from 12-1. Exhorting through building relationships, especially through marriages. Empowering by being transformed by the Word of God. Paula Harris is founder and Director of TWM. Paula travels around the country to share the love and Truth of Christ Jesus. CCCS Women's Ministry is pleased to host an annual one day seminar in the Fall presented by TWM.
